• TATER TOTS:- Made from grated potatoes, spiced and seasoned, then, deep-fried in oil to form the crispy crust. They are versatile as you can pair them with just about anything, and they are just good as a snack on their own.
• PREPARATION:- Rehydrate and cook like regular tater tots. To rehydrate the taters, just wet them in cold water for 2-3 minutes, pat dry with a paper towel, and bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes or until desired crispness (at 400 F). Alternatively, you can deep fry them for 2-3 minutes or until desired crispness.
• INGREDIENTS:- Potatoes, Vegetable Oil, Salt, Disodium Dihydrogen Pyrophosphate (to promote color retention), Dextrose.
